Biosecurity Checklist for School Foodservice Programs
This Web site allows you to customize the USDA Food and Nutrition Service's Biosecurity Checklist for School Foodservice Programs for your school foodservice program. In addition to viewing the HTML or PDF standard versions of the lists as written, you can log in and:

  • Modify the standard checklists with your own Task Title, Task Details, Assigned to, Deadline, and Comments.
  • Add a new task not included in the standard checklists.
  • Sort your tasts according to High, Medium or Low Priority both within a single checklist, or across all checklists. This would allow you to easily print out a list of all your High Priority items.
  • Assign tasks to employees, and to then print out all tasks assigned to specific employees.
  • Save your checklists and return later to edit them.
The site also contains resources and forms that will help you to develop your food biosecurity management plan.
